Cambodian information

The complex of Angkor Wats and temples is one of the seven wonders of the world. The architectures are the most breathtaking masterpieces of ancient Khmer people and with the influence from the old civilizations - religions of neighboured countries, especially the ones coming from India. Like the Pyramid of Egypt…, the complex of Angkor wats and temples will certainly bring you the interesting surprise and questions on how they could build such masterpieces thousands of years ago… Just come to discover and revere the mystery !

Note: The following itinerary can be changed to fit your international flights with no different fares. For example, you can arrive in Phnompenh or Siem Reap then depart from Danang.
11Days HUE, HOI AN, SAIGON, MEKONG, PHNOMPENH & ANGKOR WATS


Day 1:ARRIVAL IN DANANG, (D)
Arrive in Danang (from Bangkok or Hongkong). Greet at the airport & transfer to your hotel. Free for leisure or city tour if time permits. O/N in DAD.
Day 2: DANANG – HOI AN, (B,L,D)
Tour in DAD: Cham sculpture museum, the best collection about the former Cham Kingdom, Marble mountains and Non Nuoc marble handicraft village, Hoi An ancient town remaining the centuries old architectures of Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese and European. O/N in DAD.

Day 3: DANANG – HUE, (B,L,D)
Drive to Hue emperor city via Hai Van spectacular pass. Stop to see Lang Co beach. Visits to Imperial citadel, mausoleums of former King of Khai Dinh and boat cruise on the Perfume river to visit Thien Mu pagoda. Enjoy Hue traditional music show. O/N in Hue.

Day 4: HUE – SAIGON, (B,L,D)
Fly to Saigon. City tour: Independence Palace, War crime museum, Cho Lon with Thien Hau temple. O/N in SGN.
Day 5: SAIGON – CU CHI TUNNELS – CAO DAI TEMPLE
Day trip to Cao Dai holy temple, the home of Caodaism, established from an odd combination of different religions such as Buddism, Confucianism, Taoism, Christianity, Hinduism… and even Islam. Afternoon continue to Cu Chi underground tunnels. O/N in SGN.

Day 6: : SAIGON – CAN THO (in MEKONG DELTA), (B,L,D)
Trip to Mekong delta. Visit Vinh Trang pagoda, Dong Tam snake farm. Boat cruise on the Mekong river to exotic islands. Enjoy row-boat on small canals through water coconut trees…O/N in Can Tho.
Day 7: CAN THO – CHAU DOC, (B,L,D)
Morning boat cruise on Hau river to see the real floating markets. Then continue to Chau Doc. Visit Sam mountains and pagoda of the Su lady lord. O/N in Chau Doc.
Day 8: CHAU DOC – PHNOM PENH (CAMBODIA), (B,L,D)
Take a high speed boat to PNH through the border. City tour in PNH if time permits. O/N in PNH.
Day 9: PHNOM PENH – SIEM REAP, (B,L,D)
Morning city tour in Phnom Penh: National museum of arts, Silver pagoda, Wat Phnom…then fly to Siem Reap. Sightseeing to Phnom Bakheng at sunset. O/N in REP.
 

Day10: SIEM REAP, (B,L,D)
Full day sightseeing to the complex of Angkor Wats and temples: Angkor Wat at sunrise, Angkor Thom, Bayon, Baphoun, Terrace of Elephants, Terrace of Leper King, Phimean Akas, Ta Phrom, Ta Keo, Thommanon, Chao Say Tevoda… O/N in REP.
Day11: DEPARTURE FROM SIEM REAP, (B)
