Pressing the order button will lead to the confirmation screen were you see all your entered fields.
After confirming these fileds, you will get on our secured server to enter your credit card details.
After entering all credit card details, you will get acknowledgment from our bank, which means that your order is confirmed and handled on.
We contact your recipient to setup the most convenient time of delivery.
We deliver the flowers and get a delivery statement signed from your recipient.
We send a delivery confirmation Email and attach this document back to you. If a notification regarding the address, the telephone number of your recipient is necessary, it will come together with this Email.

We will try our best to transfer as promptly as possible your money. We guarantee the validity of each bank note but the newness of them will be according to availability, especially at Lunar New Year (TET) season.

Usual delivery delay is one business day in Ho Chi Minh city and three business days outside. We will not take in account any responsibility in late delivery due to remote recipients, delays due to incorrect information provided, etc...

•	outside Saigon- HoChiMinh city: other form of delivery statement. We might be obliged to transfer the equivalent in VND to have the acknowledgement of a third party. If your recipient outside Ho Chi Minh city wants to receive USD bank notes, we will decline all contestation regarding incorrect amount received, etc...
