- Pressing the order button will lead to the order
page.
- After ordering your flowers, you will get a confirmation
screen.
- After confirmation, you will get on our secured
server to enter your credit card details.
- After entering all credit card details, you will
get acknowledgment from our bank, which means that your order
is confirmed and handled on.
- We contact your recipient to setup the most convenient
time of delivery.
- We deliver the flowers and get a delivery statement
signed from your recipient.
- We send a delivery confirmation Email and attach
this document back to you. If a notification regarding the address,
the telephone number of your recipient is necessary, it will come
together with this Email.

| We will try our best to transfer as
promptly as possible your flowers. However, according to the local
conditions (hot weather, bad roads, remote locations,...), the
flower arrangement may suffer from heat and transportation. We
guarantee the freshness of the flowers only up to our Saigon-Ho Chi
Minh city based center.
Usual delivery delay is one business day. We will
not take in account any responsibility in late delivery due to
remote recipients, delays due to incorrect information provided,
etc...
If your order contains a date of delivery, we will
put all our efforts to deliver it on that day, between 6 am and 10
pm. Time of delivery will be determined by the wish of your
recipient, but also by local conditions, availabilities of competent
staff, etc...
Should you be unsatisfied with our service, let us
know. We will try our best to repair or redeliver the flowers for
your satisfaction. If a compromise cannot be found, we will refund
the value of your order. However, the fee of 9.99 USD for this kind
of transaction are on customer's account.
DON'T CHARGE BACK YOUR ORDER, because in this case we will have to
withdraw the fee of 19.99 USD on your account. Indeed we have always
enough documents to cancel chargebacks.
By pressing the button "order", you
accept to receive the following communications:
1) the auto-responding Email confirming the reception of your order.
Please note this DOES NOT MEAN that your order is accepted.
2) the banking confirmation Email from our bank.
3) the Email confirming the delivery of your order.
4) ev. following Emails related to your order (i.e. late arrival at
our distribution center in Saigon-Ho Chi Minh city of confirmations
or pictures at delivery, etc...).
5) ev. following Emails keeping you up-to-date on the last
